I'm quite intrested in jioning a clan, but I don't know a good website, is there a website that allows me to join or contact a clan leader.

You can find clans in the regional zones section of the fourm here http://www.smashboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=89

Just select which region your in and there should be clan topics somewhere in there.
