If you've ever replaced CSPs before, those are very similar to them. 
I'm not sure if I've uploaded the stage icons yet, but...

^ That package has the roster icons.
You put them in the same .DAT/.USD file as the CSPs (MnSlChr.usd or whatever you use). The "offsets.txt" has the placements for where to put them in MnSlChr.USD
They're all 256 colors, so all you need is to slap magenta in the backgrounds (if you want). I believe there are a few more files that go with those icons, but I'm not sure if I still have those... ):
