I hold a smashfest in Irvine everytime there isn't a tourney on Saturday. Melee only. All is welcome to my domain. Just no shoes in the house. Food and drinks will be provided at my house. There is also a playground, basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a community pool near my house so if you don't feel like smashing you can do any of those things near my place.

Location: 3751 Cosley street Irvine CA 92614

I have 2 TV's and a cube. If somebody brings a cube and another full setup we can hold a mini tourney.
($1 venue fee[only if there is enough people that want a mini tourney], $3 for singles and $6 for teams)

Standard payout and MLG rules for when we have a tourney.

Poooooooooooooooooost.

i played tennis back in high school, it's been like over a year though since i've played, i kinda miss it

but i guess this should be fun, i really love how this is like 5 min away and not 1 hour+ like most everything i used to do, even modesto was like a 20 min drive at least

For example me: i live 5 minutes away from-
JDM, Psychomidget, Kira, DcMoney, WhatisFear, Mac Double D, Cornbeef, J4pu and somewhat. i dont count aznforce even if he's 949 because he lives like 25 minutes away from us T__T kevin moved down to irvine

i'll bring with my wii with everything, it's just easier that way

and if other want to bring a tv that's cool, there's nothing wrong with having too many tv as opposed to not enough, i'd say 4 or 5 is a good amount, that is unless it's just irvine and connor

I guess more setups is good. Problem is where to put them. And I needed a wii with melee in it to see if it doesnt lag on the big screen.(I have component cables and my wii is japanese so no copy of *** melee for me) if it has any unbearable lag I will just use that tv for TvC/Smash64/Custom Robo V2.

Rofl I can't belive j4p is censored lulz.

good **** smashboards

In his normal taunt he says: Mina, miteite kure.
Which directly translated means: Everyone, look at me.
Obviously by this he doesn't mean he wants you to stare at him, but rahter at what he's gonna do to the opponent.. thus "Everyone, check this out.." is more appropriate.

As for the winning taunts.

Says: Boku wa makeru wake-ni wa ikanainda.
Means: There's no way I can lose.
- **** I'm good.

Says: Konkai wa boku no kachi da ne?
Means: Doesn't it seem I am the victor?
- Totally owned you, didn't I?

Says: Kyou mo ikinobiru koto ga dekita.
Means: Today, I have survived.
- Whew, pretty close..
LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

Holy fuching ****. I downloaded this on mix by JDA and his intro would be perfect for me if I made a combo video. I'll probably put that intro up on YouTube cause this mix is over 1 hour long.

And ya that's what marths taunt mean.

Yeah I know it's not Marth related but just outta curiousity, does any one know what the other characters say when you switch the language over to Japanese? I.E. Foxes taunt(phonetically) Kakatekoi. Or some other characters....
