Johns you believe are "sorta" legit...

Like the title says, what are some johns that you believe/make that you think are somewhat legit? For me, I swear I play worse when I haven't showered or I feel grimey. Maybe its just cause i THINK it and it HAPPENS ..

The control stick of my friend's gamecube controller came off midmatch (His finger was already bleeding from the sharp edges from it since he didn't have the cushion pad for it). He still tried to play without it lol.

Only legit john I've seen so far. Money johns definitely not legit. The worst ones are tier johns LOL.

not warmed up johns are pretty big
and tired johns make it almost impossible to focus if it's not in tournament or something

Thats how i was when i was playing sf4 and lost all my tech skill in melee. I don't know if it's legit, I was doing the johning

I need to train more is alright. It's admitting that to win you have work to do. While it's still an excuse for losing it's a little closer to a reason than a john.

Some of them.

I was fighting Capt. N the other day at Melee, and he wouldn't stop making jokes and stuff, and I was laughing so hard that I suicided by accident.
I wasn't able to pay attention to the screen, so I couldn't tell that Fox was running off the ledge.
I ended up winning that match, though.

We both sat there and joked around, and we both lost our focus a few times, causing suicide (mostly to me, though).

injured hands seems like a legit john.

stage johns are legit if you don't use the striking system, like if you get Yoshi's Story as your neutral and your opponent is Marth.

Bracket johns seem ok, like if you main Samus and you have to fight nothing but Falcons.

poor lighting seems like a valid excuse.

TV lag and controller problems are legit if they're legit, you know what I mean?

Based on data Forward and I collected around AZ, we've come up with these:

-Working out johns
-Spacie controller johns for Marth and Sheik
-Opposing character being stupid johns (still applies in dittos)
-Itis johns
-Teched wrong way johns
-I did it, but my controller doesn't cooperate johns
-Nobody knows how to fight Pika/M2 johns
-Mountain Dew johns
-Detail johns (i.e. looking at the city in Poke Stadium, Northern Lights in FoD, Ganon's crotch bulge, the tape in the background of YS)

anyway the legitimate johns are the ones that would really seriously hamper your ability to play, such as bleeding fingers, or the fact that its 4 oclock in the morning, things like that.

my all time fave is the "i just didnt feel like it" johns. i lmfao wen i heard it.
