Ehh, seems unlikely for most of us (us meaning the Vancouver/Abbotsford area Brawl players, maybe minus Asa and Firefly?), travelling any way other than a carpool is expensive, and that's hella far to drive.

Yeah... I probably won't go unless there is a large carpool. I can't afford plane tickets... and going just for smash... won't happen. I'd have to make it a long vacation or something for it to be worth it.

It might be a possibility for me depending on the date; if I fly back to Nova Scotia to visit my family during the Summer and a tournament were to happen near an ideal travelling time, I could potentially book the flight so I stop in Ontario on the way for the tournament. Other than that, I'm not so sure...

Anyway, from the sounds of things, we can get 3 Brawl - set-ups (from Asa, Cheezseman, and Captain L), so having that side event is perfectly doable. I also don't have a very large attendance list ATM because only a few people have posted. Help me fill the list please? =0

Sounds good. Though isn't access to Project M still restricted to a select group of Melee pros? Unless Eric or Meta (or Sion?!?) has it and wants to bring it, I doubt we'd be seeing that here.
