you're trying to say that brawl isn't bad because I spent the money and effort to go and buy it
(just for reference, my parents reserved a copy for christmas and then bought it for me)
the thing is, the fact that you bought brawl has no bearing whatsoever on the quality of the game. How could I say that buying 50 dollars of crack was a bad decision, when I obviously went out of my way to get it?
How can you say that buying a lifetime supply of sham-wows was a bad decision when it took 29.95 from you?

The joke is that Brawl is being personified into a hustler. How can you say he's a bad hustler when he just got $50 from you. Then the hustlee says "Oh ****!" There was no brawl vs melee there. In fact the sig itself says brawl sucks. If he was saying brawl > melee, it couldn't be a hustle at all because it would be $50 well spent for a lifetime of enjoyment.
