This is just a small video i made of me doing a knee into falcon punch. Sorry for the poor quality, but i only have a webcam i can record with.

Also while practicing this at one point i made it back to the stage but didn't get it on video.

you have to full jump and immediately falcon punch afterwards, falcon punch on a sh and you'll die, punch just frames too late and you'll die..
