happened to me three times. *shrugs* I didn't really think it was unknown

It didnt look like a glitch to me. It looked like Falco dodged it (there was a tiny light that came out from the center and missed Falco and I think THAT needs to hit to make the attack start), but aparrently after the initial miss from the attack, it goes through a couple frames where it is still capable of damage.
