How do you do the shine-less shine thing?

Its weird and theres a couple of ways to do it.. if you dash toward the edge and before you hit the edge shine and youll slide off sometimes itll be shineless and sometimes it wont

Its not weird. It has something to do with being left or right (which also includes which side of the brain is more active). People who are left consider everything on the left side as "better" or "easier". Vice versa for right side. This may not be bound to a side, but it also accounts for finger movement. Just something I read recently.

I noticed that while I was learning how to play everything was easier and when i practice against cpus I usually stay on the right side the whole time unless I combo them left.
