I have decided to make a tourney for all of the Low tier Characters who need more love.
To start
The Following Characters are allowed (taken from Low Tier on the SBR Tier list, if I make another one, I might add more)
Lucas
Ness
Mario
Pokémon Trainer
Samus
Yoshi
Sonic
Jigglypuff
Ganondorf
Link
Captain Falcon
You may use 2 characters from this the entire tourney. Say them when you apply.
Any other characters are disallowed.
Rules
3 Stock
6 minutes (No time limit if both sides agree)
1v1
Rounds are best two out of three
No items unless both sides agree, use of items without opponents permission may lead to a kick from the tourney if there is video proof. If you forget to disable items, no contest immeadiately and disable them.
Sudden death works as in any casual match
Stalling is banned, staying invincible on the platform for a bit is fine, just no Sonic B under the stage etc
No Johns unless you have proof, eg, your controller happened to be in the film when the joystick stuck.
If ports are argued over, play rock, paper, scissors by pming me.

These stages are allowed, since there are no chaingrabs in low tier, certain stages will be allowed that aren't usually.

If you have a bad internet connection or live Miles away from anywhere else in the world, please do not join, and any ******* who want to lag the game on purpouse can GTFO.
In the event of a dispute (aka ******* claiming then won when they didn't), talk things over with them on my profile page (please do not spam >.>) Or better yet, film your matches.
If you think that there may be a problem e.g. you've had problems with them before, try to agree to a 3 minute match to be able to save replays.
