Gives less chance for a comeback if someone SD's by mistake, Rage mechanic, and whoever gets the first stock wins if they have a projectile to just camp it out cause them being around 60-100% when they kill em is enough rage to get an easy kill.

There's pros and cons for both 2 stocks and 3 stocks, but it can honestly be just preference. But would guarantee if For glory didn't do 2 stocks, nobody would've thought or even brought it up most likely and just kept it as Brawl's standard 3 stocks 8 minutes, tho for some reason our city in TX does 7 Minutes.

I wonder how 3-stocks would actually prevent camping as the timer runs out. It doesn't make sense to me.

Less stocks means less risk taking and less risk taking means more overly defensive play and over defensive play means longer games!

However, what if someone decides to take less risks earlier, especially if they're using a character that is good at camping or if they're in the lead in a 3-stock match?

Then it will play out similarly to how overly defensive people play now? Excessive defense can happen no matter how many stocks.

Based on the whole "2 stocks takes longer" sense of logic, a 1 stock game would take ages; a 5 stock game would take much less time

There is a bit more information known about the rage multiplier. It seems that the rage multiplier starts increasing at approximately 30% damage and stops increasing at approximately 150% damage. The maximum amount that the rage multiplier can be seems to be 1.15x.

According to TheReflexWonder, Rage effects base knockback rather than knockback growth, so attacks like Falcon's Raptor Boost will get a bigger boost out of it than Ness's bthrow.

It's actually a multiplier that affects the final knockback value. It would still affect base knockback value directly along with the portion of knockback that scales with damage, and the results of the calculations that I made by using that data suggest that it is that type of multiplier.

I killed a Paultena at 17% with Luc's FSmash at 150% (with the deadly lightning effect too!) about a week ago. Aura scaling with rage is so funny when you land those lol FSmashes.

Killing someone with forward smash when they are at 0% is the best thing in the game!

It does seem to be very powerful. At those percentages with the side smash attack being fresh, the attack would deal approximately 166 units of knockback to Palutena, which is a lot.

I don't know about you guys, but getting a grabbed Force Palm and killing at 20% always makes my day.
Hearing these examples amuses me.

We should be ashamed, Lucario is broken and rewards bad play
Yes, Diddy rewards good reads and good combos. Pure skill. :)
