I don't think so.

Lucas is just bad...I mean his recovery is very iffy, he has some decent attacks, a zair that doesn't actually hurt you (the only in the game..) and he can get grab released into a lot of stupid stuff.

I think Lucas is where he needs to be, if not, maybe like a spot up or down but really that's not that big a difference.

Lucas deserves where he needs to be on the tier list imo.
His recovery is fairly predictable.
His approaches are easily punished.
He has no range at all
He has one of the longest grab releases >_<.

I KO'd my friend today from 40% with a d-tilt lock. I think Lucas has the best ground-lock in the game, since he can finish it up powerful KO moves.

How deep have you guys looked into ground-lock setups? I usually just go for fair -> dtilt.
