the rule is designed so that if you plank you go over 70 and if you aren't planking, then theres no way in hell you'll get near this number. The average number of ledge grabs per match, normal match, is like 20. Its a rule thats probably going to become a standard soon, so i don't see why we don't give it a shot now.

oh yea matt i am bringing two tv's on one condition, that at least one of them stays melee thru brawl singles. one tv will have a cube one will have a wii, i don't want some dunce unhooking my gamecube to use the tv. it STAYS. the wii can be used for brawl obviously.. in fact i only have one melee disc so unless someone has an extra it won't do any good for melee anyway.

i think a major problem last time was there there were hardly friendly tv's for the other game when a tournament was going on, which makes for angry one-gamers, brawl and melee alike

I'm probably going to bring a full set-up as well, and there's a TV just chillin in Boxman's van all the time, so unless he corrects me when I talk to him later, he's also bringing a full set-up.

This works. Also, you don't have to worry about friendlys. In the past we ran the 2 games off 10-13 TVs. In this MM we're running them off of 20. :D:D:D

Also, good job on getting massive amounts of setups. I remember one of the MMs I went to only had 12 TVs and one of them only had 8.

There's a direct correlation with setups and manalords going imo. if manalords increase by 1 setups increase by nearly double.
