You sign up for any (or all, or some) of the stages below. You just play that stage for all rounds. This is to find the "master of the stage": If you do not want to play 9 brackets at once, don't sign up for all of them. Sign up for your favorites.

Modified Matts! rule: You are able to sign up from outside the United States if you are able to host p2p yourselves. if you get paired up with someone that is unable to join p2p, the foreign smasher
Lag rules:
If you DS 3 times during a set, that match is lost
If you DS a 4th time, you lose the set
If you lag in what is considered unreasonable, you will be d/q'd from any and all brackets.
p2p is preferred, server play is also fine on Galaxy.
Activity: You are required to be on Smashboards often in order to find out who to play next, you are required to answer PM's and/or post a contact that can be used.
