Smash Rookie
That's right it's here! With the booming Smash community here in Santa Cruz, it's about damn time we have a monthly tournament in place. So if you're looking to whoop some ass (or in my case get my ass whooped) in some Melee or Project M, roll out of bed on May 16th and come on down to SubRosa!
SCHEDULE:
10:00am - Doors Open / Friendlies
11:45am - Project M Sign-Ups Close
12:00pm - Project M
02:15pm - Melee Sign-Ups Close
02:30pm - Melee
07:00pm - Doors Close
MONEY STUFF:
-$2 Venue Fee. Can be waived by bringing a complete setup (Console, TV, game, and necessary cables). Bringing your own controllers encouraged.
-$5 Entry Fee for each event, all goes toward prize pools.

-It should take less than a minute, and greatly helps us TOs
PARKING:
Parking downtown can be tricky. If you can't take the bus or walk, there is a $5 all-day lot a few blocks from SubRosa at 119 Center Street, Santa Cruz CA.
STREAM:
There are currently no plans to stream, as this is our first tournament and we don't have the resources. If you'd like to volunteer streaming equipment for the event, please PM Hayden Platt
