Melee Melee at OMGcon 2016

OMGcon is probably one of the biggest cons in Kentucky, its host in Owensboro Kentucky. I love going and I've gone for the place two years this will be my third but something always bothered me about their smash tournaments, they only have the newest installments. My plan was to ask them about allowing me to host a melee tourney there this year as I have the required numbers of consoles(2 wiis), copies of the game(2) and number of controllers (4). My question was how should I approach this request and if I needed to make a petition would any of you sign it?
