Miis are the new fighting team

Top Left corner: The place where the Multi Man team's lives usually are.
Battlefield is the place where you usually fight the fighting team/Multi Man Melee.
This would also explain why they have the Smash symbol.

Seeing as the usual Multi-man fighting team is usually revealed this late in development, I am going to have to agree with you on this one OP. It would be fun to burn through a randomly-generated crowd of Miis. Better still if Streetpassed Miis can join the fray.

I'm honestly not surprised by this. But i hope the Polygon/Wireframe/Alloy teams are referenced in this game.
