i'd guess like low 20's on the mpg.
AC is garbage. i mean... it's over 40 years old.
brakes aren't like a new car, but if you've driven anything over 10 years old, you'll be fine.
radio works, but it's only am/fm/cassette. (a radio can be put into anything though.)
i have one of those tapes that lets you use mp3 player so i mob wit mah eyePAWD.
