So basically, we need 1 or two more games and mem.cards if we don't all want to end up playing on the same TV.

So yeah, doesn't seem like we'll see a lot of people before 19h, come early at your own risk.
We've got a potential of 7 peeps after 19h, though! Sweet stuff!

It was freaking mental, we had like sixteen people showing up after 19h, pretty much all from the forum. There's a few n00bs who wanted to join, but they kinda gave up when they heard it was BYOC, but they'll be aware of that in two weeks so we might be seeing a lot of new faces. They have a sweet laminated poster of the bi-weekly standing right next to the cashier, so it's a nice advertisement.

We ended up with 4 TVs and 4 Cubes, the place was crowded like hell, but we'll have it so the next bi-weekly will be set-up nicer with more seats and more space.

Ralph took pics, like he so likes to do, I assume he'll post them promptly.

- Next bi-weekly ->WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 6th

- There will be one Gamecube available from the start ( mine ), so people who want to come by at 16h can start playing if they have the game, mem card and controller.

- We need someone to represent us and have chats with the owner on Wednesdays since I won't be there for a while ( I suggest ThatGuy, since he's pretty much the one who started all this )

- The owner will actually contact freaking Nintendo to see if they'd be willing to sponsor our tournaments in the future, if they refuse, he says he's got other sources. Sexy.

- And while we're on the topic of tournaments, he has requested that we give him so-called "Tournament sheets" to work with so he can better assist us would we feel the need to do tournaments. I'm too much of a new guy to know how the hell to make them, so could someone provide one?

- For those who were around, if you have suggestions about how we could set-up the local to allow for maximum space, please do so.
So far we know they'll remove the two computers that were in the way so we have the whole "square" to ourselves. I suggested that we simply split the room in two, with TVs on each side and seats facing away from each other.


And I seriously gotta go to sleep.

really nice first bi-weekly. I didnt expected that much people. So yeah I hope we'll find a way to get more space. I think this place can host around 20 people max with 5 TV. Maybe they will give us more place if we are always 15-20 people every 2 weeks.
