The people often look to much at the frame data.
Somebody can be combod, when he can move a short time, too.
Example is the Dair to Dair stuff which I posted in the MK Boards.
The characters can move a bit, but they cant escape, because they dont have enough time. ^^
It needs some time to shield, spot dodge, etc.
