Just the Wii controller alone? Hmm.. I suppose if you have quick enough fingers. Considering it's just a dash attack and a quick up smash after. You'd have to run to start dashing, quickly hit the attack button then quickly hit up and the a button so it does a smash attack.
It's doable (I've done it myself on other controllers..haven't tried Wiimote but I don't see why it would be different). I just wasn't able to get it down consistently, compared to using a controller with a dedicated button for upsmash or downsmash (downsmash so you can initiate the dash attack and then hit up and then attack button).

I do it by setting motion smashing on, and doing run-move the wiimote down-up analog and A.

I haven't tested if this works but I'm guessing that on the wiimote+nunchuck it could be done without motion smashing by:
dash > a > up+a+b
since a+b is grab and on the GC, you can use up-Z for the upsmash.
