alright...this week im going to talk about an album that i listen to on a almost daily basis. its an album that i always listen to from begining to end, theres no one song that i wish to skip ever.
that album is: Wrecking Everything Live, by Overkill
now as you probaly guessed this is a live album. somme people, including my self at first, dont like live albums.
i used think they just took the very best show a band put on and that was it, so it was kind of a false advertising in a sense. well, ive seen these guys lives 4 times and i can tell you that its amazing every time, in fact the live show is even better due to crowd songs like "**** You" and "old School" they really get the crowd going.

so anyway, the show opens up with "necroshine" which is one of my favorite ones, it was also the first song i heard from them and it got me hooked.
now, since this is a live album, the cd doesnt just switch tracks, bobby blitz (the singer) usually introduces the song before they play it. i find that to be a very nice touch. it usualy involves how he feels about the song and a sentence about the crowd at the time.

after necroshine come "thunderhead" which keeps the heavy momentum goin from the previous song, and than theres "evil never dies" and "deny the cross"

the way the songs are arranged is great, it just feels natural, it makes me wanna go see them again and again. this is not an album for the inpaitiant either, it clocks in at just over 70 minutes, and if you dont like the f-word, this isnt for you

hers a few songs off of it.

now this isnt on the cd, but it is on the dvd of the same name, its a good example of a crowd song that i mentioned

It is a **** good album, only thing I don't like about it though is the years of decay, I think i've only had the paitence to actually sit through and listen through that whole entire song once., but even then, it's **** good.
