My little imput on tripping.

Recently, I went over my friend's house for some Brawl action. During one of our fights, where I was some guy who kinda looked like Captain Falcon wearing a scarf, I tripped. No this happens a lot when I play as that guy, but what I did was kind of interesting.

I was facing the right as tripped, so I rolled backwards and as I was rolling back, I smashed forward on the control stick and tripped again. I repeated this about 6 times in a row until the moving Mario stage caught up to me.

I generally only trip with the Falcon impersonator so I'm thinking maybe each character has something that will make them trip. This is merely speculation, but I'd be nice to have more input from other players. Also, it would be nice if someone could do tests on this specific incident and see what happens.

Falcon's still Falcon he's just got arthritis in his knees and doesn't believe in doctors (which is why Dr. Mario doesn't exist in Smash anymore).

If you were able to make yourself continuously trip that's something interesting though.

just a little question...were you playing with items on? specifically...assist trophies? and did tingle happen to come out of one? and then maybe...throw bananas around?
