Need Help with Gamecube Adapter.

I'm trying to get a Melee emulator to work with my PC and I want to use my Gamecube controller but none of the drivers that I download seem to work. The programs install correctly and open fine, but the hardware doesn't seem to connect properly with the programs even though the PC is detecting the connection. If anyone knows how to fix this, the help would be appreciated.

My specs are as follows:
Windows 10 64-bit
32 GB RAM
AMD Phenom II X6 1075T Processor
AMD Radeon R9 200 / HD 7900 Series Graphics Card
The current driver I have for the Adapter is WinUSB (v6.1.7600.16385)

Not sure I got it on ebay. doesn't look like the Mayflash. It looks like the Official adapter but without the "WiiU" engraved on it.

Edit: After some research I think it might by from Steelplay.
