Why'd you wanna know!
I love Baby Pokêmon, so i wanted baby Pokémon in smash!

Baby Pokémon Trainer is a Young Girl who looks after 3 Baby Pokémon: Azurill, Wynaut and Budew. she works like PKMN trainer - moves can include: Azurill bouncing on it(?)'s Ball Tail, Budew sucking Poison, Wynaut Tackling (i don't know much about Wynaut)

Vs. Other PKMN candidates:

Dunsparce: Seriously?

Mewtwo: Mewtwo is too strong AND was already cut!

Ash Ketchum: Only appeared in ONE video game (Pokémon puzzle leuage) and that was a PUZZLE GAME! even the Animaniacs appeared in more games than Ash!

Marill: Azurill has more potential than Marill due it's bouncing ball tail.

Raichu, Pichu, Igglybuff and Wigglytuff: Clone.

Meowth: i do support meowth, but Meowth pays low signifficance in the games.

Still up Peach's dress.
It's a cute idea, but the trainer would have to probably be one of the game's protagonists; Leaf, Kris, May, Dawn, Lyra, Hilda, Mei. Since Johto was the gen that introduced baby Pokemon with the most amount of baby Pokemon I'd lean more towards Kris or Lyra personally.

Other issues I'm having trouble with:
  • Azurill, Wynaut and Budew don't seem like an obvious trio, at least IMO, nor do I know that any of them are hugely popular. Squirtle, Ivysaur, Charizard are for example a trio of hugely popular Pokemon, Charizard being often voted THE most popular Pokemon of all time, Squirtle being the most popular of the smaller forms probably due to the anime, and Ivysaur in as the middle evolution to complete the trio. Also they're counterparts; Grass>Water>Fire>Grass. Whilst psychic>poison(although Wynaut doesn't work like most other psychic Pokemon attack wise) that's about as far as that goes here.
  • Pichu whilst a clone, is probably the most famous baby Pokemon. Also appeared in Smash before and has had actual importance in a few games such as HG/SS with the Notch-Eared Pichu.
  • Meowth does have low significance in the games compared to the other Smash Pokemon(except maybe Puff), but what makes the trio you've suggested more significant than him within the games?
  • Elekid, Smoochum and Magby were somewhat of a trio until Sinnoh gave us extra evos for Electabuzz and Magmar and make more sense as a trio of babies. They also matched the elemental birds typings which seemed to be a thing for a while there.

Mewtwo too strong? Then why was he already in Melee? Why do we have Ganondorf, arguable the strongest of all fighters in the game?

As said before me, the Pokemon in the game would have to be incredible popular to make the cut. While the idea may make sense, it doesn't have everything that other more popular candidates have.
