Not all character textures are loading

I recently soft modded my friend's Wii and we're trying to use texture hacks in Brawl. I've successfully done this on my Wii, but I'm having trouble with this one. I have a couple character texture hacks set up but only one or two seem to work while the others don't, or it might be that only one at a time is working because I haven't tried two at once. For example, I have one set up for FitMario01.pcs and FitMario01.pac. I've tried every color for Mario and none of them are working. However, FitPurin01 works just fine. Any ideas?

For some reason, some textures aren't listed to work. My best advice would be to check here http://www.smashboards.com/threads/brawl-full-pac-list-menu2-up.230551/ to see if the character has a certain number for a texture. If you look, FitMario01 doesn't exist while FitPurin01 does.
