Two requests.

#1. Is there a code that enables all the songs on Smashville to be played at any time? (That's both the normal song selection, and the ones that only play when K.K. Slider appears.) It would be nice to have eleven songs selectable instead of the standard five.

#2. Is there any way to swap out one song for the other without needing a modded Wii? I can't remember the name of the app that's commonly used for it, but unless I'm mistaken, you need to mod your Wii, and I've tried and can't, thank you oh so very much Nintendo.

2. You can if you use StackSmash which allows you to play modded versions of Brawl without hacking your Wii. I'd try again though if I were you.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for an "Infinite Item" type code..

I popped in melee to play old school with my brother (with nothing but Pokeballs on), and I noticed that there were easily 15 Pokemon on the screen at ONE TIME. In brawl.. the max is 3...

Is there a code which alters the engine whereas there can be infinite (or at least more) of specific items on the stage?

Hey, I was wondering if any coders still check this thread, because I have a code request for a project I'm working on. Can someone modify the Hitstun Modifier so it is at .5 unlike .54 for Brawl- or .46 for Brawl+? It's probably the most important code in the set, and I can't really make it myself because I lack a USB Gecko and I know of no way to do it through Dolphin (since I'm positive there is no such way, unless someone could inform me of a way). Anyways, if this request could be filled it would be much appreciated!

My gecko OS aways freeze when I start it. What is wrong? It's 1.9.3. The 1.7. (or something like that) never freezes, but it says that there wasn't any codes. Help!
Use 1.9.1 or 1.9.3.1 or 1.9.3b because they're the only three that work most of the time for loading Brawl.

Gecko says that there are too many codes on, but when in code manager it has "249/256" on the bottom-right conner. Gecko v1.9.3.1 is what I have. How can I fix this?

please please please convert this to PAL, people have been waiting months for this code to be converted- but to no avail..

I have heard you can save brawl data on an SD card. If so, is there a code needed to do that or do I need an application? Also, would doing that get my vault data onto the card too like snapshots? Thanks.

Get the latest version of codemanager, the one you currently have is outdated
@DARKSHADEDX, I doubt there are any coders left here that'll do that. You should PM a guy by the name of Phantom Wings. He's the only coder I know still on here

You're forgetting Dantarion and Almas, as well as about 1/4 of the WBR.

Don't worry, I was also just saying the other coders he could PM if he doesn't get a reply from PW since PW always lurks in shadows XD

But the real person for PAL things like this would probably be Paprika Killer, he's basically the PAL specialist.

I've a problem and hope that anyone had the same here.

I made a codeset etc ... but now, for this codeset, ... there is any code which causes C.Falcon to crash while doing his FS -_-

I hope anyone can give me some lines of codes which could be responsible for that.

EDIT: It's a bug ... so there is a fix made ... I just please for this fix alll the days!!! Can anyone post it here ...

...anyone 'of the' BRAWL+ CREW ... I just ask for it and I just know that it exists.

(so YOU are supposed to send this fix, because I know that the older versions of that curious mod where released as "txt" format!!! - That means there are innocent people using it and see: "OHW - Brawl+ is a shame ... it only cause C a p t a i n F a l c o n s F i n a l S m a s h to crash!!!", and I you you know that we all don't want that.)

Would have responded earlier, but I'm having internet troubles to say the absolute least, so my time is limited.

I'm unfamiliar with StackSmash (unless you're referring to the site), but I did find a "My Music" swap code by Phantom Wings. The problem is, I don't quite grasp how to make it work. Anyone mind providing any help?

I saved this replay on my sd at this tourney, but the thing is the wii I was playing on had a no tripping code hack
so NOW when I play it here on my own wii, It gets desynced xD

is there a no tripping code for pal ? if so then where can I get it

To summarize, the codes here will:

Customize the Character Select Screen, bringing it to 49 buttons. This includes Sheik and ZSS, PT's pokemon as individual combatants (they cannot switch if chosen as such, but PT remains on the list for the purpose of bringing the whole team still). An extra Ice Climbers and ROB button in the second row allow for choosing Popo or Nana solo. Bottom row contains Giga Bowser, Warioman, the 4 alloys, and random.

Custom Textures/Music is on. Pause camera is unrestricted. Smash Balls can still spawn even if one is being held. No more tripping!


It's a pretty good codeset and it's here that I'll say thanks to those responsible, I collected them from a couple corners of these boards. However, there are a few kinks I'd like to work out if possible, but I'm not very savvy with hacking this game aside from the instructions I've followed to get it all working (read: it does, beautifully! thanks again!).

Here's the short list of problems I'd like to try and remedy if anyone minds helping me:

1) Giga Bowser can't die, even in stamina mode. Is it possible to code in a proper death for him in stamina mode? I don't care if it's just a flag to be enabled, with or without the proper animations, even if he ends up in that awkward 'arms outstretched' standing position when he dies... is it possible to make a code that will allow him death in stamina mode? OR Is it possible to allow knockback on Giga Bowser to some degree (of course, a very very low degree, like, metal mario from SM64 knockback). Either way, I don't mind having him be completely invincible, but he would certainly have more use if he was more of an 'extreme handicap' rather than 'godmode'.

2) Sort of in the same vein as Giga Bowser, but asking for the exact opposite. Warioman seems to have a problem with staying in Warioman form if he happens to die. Granted, Warioman would have to kill himself to die in the first place (but it's not so hard with his wild motorcycle). It's not that important I suppose, but if Giga Bowser retains his form upon death, can Warioman not also do the same?

3) Game freezes under certain conditions, and it seems to be because of either the random button, or using a combination of special characters (alloys, giga bowser, warioman, etc.). It also froze when I tried to use two smash attacks at the same time (maybe it's just freezing because of that, and when random delivers both giga and warioman.... yeah). Any solutions?

4) Lastly, the random button. Is there a way to customize the characters rolled for in the random button? In particular, I just want a 'regular' random button... no giga bowser, no warioman, no alloys (well, if the alloys can stay that might be good too if I can determine the game doesn't crash because of them). I just want it to pick from the regular cast if possible.

1: giga bowser has no knockback animations, nor a "dead" in stamina mode animation. there is simply no way to kill giga bowser without importing your own model and animations, which is not possible... yet. you can make a giga bowserish character with PSA.

2. Wario man is also like giga bowser, but he is more Intangable rather than not having the correct animations. I have no idea why when he dies, you come back as wario, but giga bowser still comes back as giga bowser. it's just how the game runs. nothing really exists that can help you with that issue.

3. look for an "Independent pokemon engine and Crashes don't wreck my music v2" code and a "giga and company in random fix" those are fixs that i don't see in your codeset that may solve the problem. for the smash ball issue, certain cinematic smashs won't work with two going on at the same time.

4. I can't help you there

No known solutions, though I can tell you that if you have 4 players and any one of them is an Alloy, P4 must be an Alloy.

In the CSS screen, everything is there, BUT GKoopa and the Alloys are Random boxes and the game freeezes if I put the cursor over any of them. So my question is, what am I doing wrong?
Another problem. In my CSS, Indiv PKMN are supposed to be under PKMN Trainer, BUT, they're only another Fox, Pikachu, and Kirby box. What now...

Not sure if this is the right place, but the hacking support thread seems to be closed...

I'm trying to run the Brawl+ autoupdater to upgrade to 6.0, but whenever I do it tells me "Could not open H:\private\wii\app\RSBE\pfmenu2\sc_title.pac for writing". The game still plays okay, just not like my friend's version, who had no trouble updating his data. I'm pretty much helpless when it comes to computers, so I have no idea what to do.
