So, I took that to mean:

But, that makes no sense, since all super armor is the same, except for frame amount.
So, I took the "One or two times it is mentioned only in weak" to mean that it isn't "as effective" because of the lower amount of frames.

@_@ It doesn't explicitly SAY it, its just my logical conclusion.

I don't think Dedede will need much super armor. He has plenty of great properties for a heavy character. Projectile spam, recovery, etc.

I just want to know if Fox can still fire glide...

Isn't it a little early to say he's weak when he's only been touched on once or twice?
I understood that he's just a character for experts.
