I also think it's fun to throw around the idea that Oda's recent "fairies" stealing from Zoro is a jab at some of Mashima's characters who are eerily similar to some of Oda's (like Shanks and Gildarts)

That being said, FT is so PAINFULLY obvious right now.

And Oda was the teacher for Mashima, even their drawing styles resemble a lot.

Cavendish stuck up for Rebecca in the coliseum in the newest chapter. I'm actually starting to like him more and I'd knew he'd have a white horse.

Cavendish probably stood up for her to show off, but he's still quite a character, he'll definitely be fun to watch later.

Anyway, the only thing I want to complain about is that we have many stuff happening in many different fronts and Oda uses about 70% of every chapter on the Coliseum...
C'mon, even Trafalgar Law got demolished offscreen...

But think about how much more exciting it will be when Fuji and Dofla's fighting styles are revealed in a non-blowout victory. It's best saved for when they fight Luffy. Dofla, at least.

Yeah, I just recalled him fracturing his leg against that other guy back in that one arc not too long ago. Doflamingo is definitely a tier above him. Would be pretty cool to see everyone on the crew contribute to Doflamingo's defeat, but we all know Luffy is gonna get him.

Kind of reminds me when Enel took down Zoro and Sanji first and then the rest of the crew managed to beat his troops.

Yeah, it's part of his ability. In his Room he can freely switch the positions of any two things, including himself to more or less teleport. That's why he threw that log into the air first, to have something to switch with. From there he switched with Doflamingo to save Sanji, and then switched with a barrel or something to get onto the ship.

Ah gotcha. From what the characters imply, it seems like his "Room" ability takes quite a bit of energy. So I'm surprised he hasn't wornout yet.

Well, keep in mind that Sanji broke his leg against Vergo. I would say Doflamingo is an even higher tier than Vergo. Honestly, I don't think Sanji was holding back. He seemed to be getting frustrated and was practically screwed. I was hoping he'd stand a bit more of a chance. However, something tells me that right now, Zoro and Luffy maybe a tier higher than Sanji.

Not saying Zoro or Luffy would wipe the floor with Doflamingo, but both would definitely put up a better fight.
