Paralyzer connects without stun?

somehow I took a hit by Paralyzer but avoided any stun on the hit.

has anyone ever observed this phenomenon? kinda curious as to what happened

If you stun someone and try to again before the person hits the ground then it will not work.

oh thank you, I thought the qualification for re-stun was the time between sequential stungun hits
