Here's something i noticed after footstooling some people on the ground. You can float instead of jumping up. Due to this you can quickly OoS Footstool them hold float but let go at the right time, then do a Nair or Bair( Bair is recommended instead of Nair because when you footstool a character certain characters lower the head low enough to where you cant hit them with nair.) I don't know if this is frame safe. But even if it isnt it's a good surprise move against your opponent.

Even footstool to fair is frame guaranteed if you're really fast but using footstool oos waste frames that nobody thinks about.

Naturally, it's going to take more frames to travel from where the you are to where your opponent is. Frames are wasted during the jump and that makes it slower than just aerial or jab or dash atk oos.

The main problem with this is that you're going to have to be incredibly precise to land the footstool. Pretty sure you can pull it off sometimes though since lots of people used to use footstool dair oos back in 08 and 09.
