It's for support of a character that's in the game. Let it die m8Day 25 Years...there’s still nobody among this place
This entire place ain’t meant to be dead though...that’s what I’m saying m8. Besides, not every support is dead like this (Piranha Plant for example)It's for support of a character that's in the game. Let it die m8
As Pit, definitely use arrows more for edgeguards. Sure you can also risk it all and jump out there, but with Pit specifically it’s better to use arrows due to a better chance in living. Pittoo can also use arrows, but since they’re not as good as his superior, go all in on the air attacksYo I'd like opinions on edgeguarding please. So I'm trying to jump out there cuz I'm Pit and especially after all the Leffen talks I cant not. I need to be more consistent at my low recovery punishes I keep screwing that up. Anyway, sometimes I feel like the arrow as an edgeguard tool is irrelevant against long recoveries like K Rool, Robin, Inkling, etc. but the other day I saw a video of a Pit gimping an Inkling using entirely arrows by hitting him like 6 times in a row and I was really surprised.
So my question to u is when do u think it's most optimal to jump out there and when should u stick to spamming arrows? Ike recovery seems often best handled by arrows. A friend of mine has suggested handling all mid and high recoveries with arrows and low recoveries by jumping out there. What do u think? Is there more to it than that?
Ah ok I just know the common talk is that people rely too much on projectiles as opposed to jumping out there after sm4sh and Pit seems like one of the most equipped to do it, but u make a good point, in cases where it's not safe to challenge then arrows r pretty goodAs Pit, definitely use arrows more for edgeguards. Of course, where else would we find such taste in floor ice cream? One of the advantages of playing an illiterate angel
I only play DP so I don't put a whole lot of thought into trying to snipe from every angle, but I've found myself recently just using the arrows to see what options they prefer, and then baiting them out and taking advantage. Like, I played a match at locals recently where every time I threw this cat off stage, if I short-hopped and fired an arrow early, he would recover high to make sure he went over it so he wouldn't have to air dodge. So, I just started jumping out there and hitting him with N-air and F-air above the level.Yo I'd like opinions on edgeguarding please. The Pit Pill...it turns all who eats it into another PitLooks like all that Dr. Mario is about to pay off!
Dr. Mario: Here's a your prescription Pit.
Pit: I never learned how to read. *pops all the pills in the bottle*
Now what do drug do you think was in the bottle?
She can’t cook nor will she teach Pit to read, so her being a bad teacher is expected...that’s why we have a Viridi and her crew (maybe Pittoo learned to read thanks to her)Palutena wouldn't be a very good teacher though.
Maybe Pyrrhon can do it.
Me gusta. If he can read...Spanish romance
Viridi stole what Pit earned to keep...and in return Pit got his ride backSo in Smash 4 Dark Pit had the Lightning Chariot according to Palutena's guidance but now Pit has it INSTEAD OF THE GREAT SACRED TREASURE that Dyntos could take out of his back pocket. 2 broken for Smash.
He'd rather have a Zelda than a Palutena/Viridi/Phosphora...though he’s been tempted by them (but who wouldn’t choose Zelda over them?)It's a Goddess magnet if you will. Not that Pit would be interested or anything. He'd rather have a carousel.
Pit: Hey how about a romantic ride on my chariot. He'd rather have a Zelda than a Palutena/Viridi/Phosphora...though he’s been tempted by them (but who wouldn’t choose Zelda over them?)
You may be a Rosalina guy, but Pit wants/needs some of that ZeldaPit: Hey how about a romantic ride on my chariot.
Zelda: Hmm. But I can teleport.
Pit: It's got Unicorns.
Zelda: Impales Pit with their horns
I'm more of a Rosalina guy myself.
Pit would have to solve puzzles tho and Pit can't read even if she's talking to him. He does have arrows of light though. You may be a Rosalina guy, but Pit wants/needs some of that Zelda
He’d use Palutena to help solve the puzzles...or bs it allPit would have to solve puzzles tho and Pit can't read even if she's talking to him. He does have arrows of light though.
