<Someone has informed me this PR is wrong, but I will be leaving it here until I'm provided a credible source indicating otherwise.>

I assure you, this PR is the most current and offical one, the other one that was floating around and was a troll PR.

This one has a 3 person OOS panel (1 from KS, 1 from Iowa, 1 from MO) and 3 Instate panel members.

It's about as offical as you can get. The #'s are in the first post.

Nicole moved to MA for a while, then moved back to missouri, then moved back to MA and currently lives there. So to answer your question, for a while.

Also, even though I am forced to be Neon Tiger as a cat myself, Magma Dragoon would be my 2nd choice.

Edit: LOL. Nebraska's PR is correct. I'm unquestionably #1 and since the PR it's became more apparent. Tyser is unquestionably #2, Trent is retired, Thugz moved, Cue/JBM play Melee (though JBM might enter brawl sometimes), MK Mike is probably gonna move up because he's active and enters, LeRoy moved, Gamegenie/aura retired, D-yosh moved and Sm3esh is getting better at brawl and will probably move up with activity. We are getting new players...but this PR is correct for the purpose it was designed for. 2011. thanks.
