Yea, who needs Smash when you can DRIVE! Woot! Anyways, if Bob's not hosting next weekend I can host again and this time I'm working 6:30am - 11am... SO WE CAN PLAY LOTS OF SMASH/SF4 INTO THE NIGHT!

Hey people, we will be running to a tight schedule so:
Firstly, try a big, huge breakfast!
We won't have the time to wait for people who are out taking a long time getting lunch, so either bring your own Egg Rolls or something or have a big breakfast to hold yourself out till 3pm! Or do both!
And once it gets to tournament finish time we are going to some pancake place that Arrow and Ben said about. Apparantly. SO, if you hold out there is food at the end of the tunnel!

Also:
Don't not play on the small TVs just cause there is a bigger TVs around! We need to get the tourny running well, so QLDers need to not complain about small TVs.
I've spoilt yas too much. :embarrass
AND, bring your TVs and WII's! The tourny can only be as good as people make it by bringing stuff, so please do, even if its "just in case"!

Crew battles will be at the venue or not at all, so lets try and make things run quick as possible.
4 or 5 per team do you think?
See how we go on the day I guess.

I will probably be busy with Assignment work (due at the end of the weekend).

where would that be? I've got an exam that ends at 4:30ish on saturday... wouldn't mind de-stressing before i start studying again but if hotdogs house is 13081384108419818943 miles away i might have to give it a miss :(

Has anyone considered QLD Smash having a presence at conventions like Gencon this year?

GenCon is a large scale gaming convention and LanSmash always makes a showing at it. They've only been running for a couple of years though, so that's probably why you haven't heard about it (Doug was gonna go to it last year but forgot about it lol).

I'd like for us to make a showing with LanSmash there this year if it can be pulled off.

Will have to talk to JB again about it.

Also, Happy Birthday Bob.
You should come to the coast and celebrate it in Surfers or something.
I have a present for you.

After Wintersmash there shouldn't be another one till Santasmash I don't think.

I'll have a look at the website now.

EDIT: Looks pretty good. I hope they have some arcade action so I can go **** some noobs.

On ROTKXI: Apparently each scenario is like 10 hours long. It looks really really REALLY indepth. Which I know you like.
