Question Level 9 CPU

Post your opinion about what the best CPU's are ranked from 1 to 35 on level 9
I have to know this because I most of the time have nobody to play with.
Please also tell (if there good in one specific thing) what there good with. for example: "meta-knight is one of the fastest characters if played by CPU"

Mario is #1 by a mile. i dont know what it is about him, but hes extremely difficult to beat. Pikachu is also very tough to deal with. MK is really not a problem, since the cpu doesnt spam tornado and doesnt attempt to chase off stage,

Pikachu and Peach are quite high in ranking. They're beasts compared to the other level 9's.

Mario, Peach, and Pikachu are all ridiculously hard. Zelda isn't exactly a piece of cake either.

peach, mario, olimar, pikachu, TL, and occasionally luigi all put up a decent fight. olimar is easy to gimp though
I don't have too much trouble with zelda because she is slow and din's is easy to dodge

the worst seems to be sonic, ganondorf, DDD, DK

Pikachu, especially if you have Final Smashes on...they're deadly with that Volt Tackle considering they control it with the accuracy of a brain surgeon...

Pikachu, definately. There's not one good thing I can say about him as a CPU, he's tricky all around. But mostly because he spams his B and B+Down.

... Am I the only one who has a tough time fighting Kirby?
He times his Hammers, Stones, and Forward Airs very well. What impressed me most was recovering with Forward Air - it makes him tough to edgeguard.

Then I'd put Olimar at the second hardest. Dang you and your Up Smash...

Mario, hands down. He's beastly for no reason. Samus is in second, shes also quite good. Other notables include: Luigi, Peach, Wario, Pikachu, Kirby, TL, Fox and Wolf. The worst are DDD, Snake, Sonic, MK, ICs and Ike
