Question on Zamus

I was told that you can't actually pick ZSS to play with from the line up of characters. The only way to play with her is to get a Smash Ball as Samus.

So my question is: Is it true?

As far as we know now, the Smash Ball is indeed the only way to be able to play as her. Maybe Nintendo will change their minds for the full version, but yeah.....
