Removing Fairy Puff's Glitter Effects?

I've done some searching on r/customsmash and the Brawl Vault forums. This question has been brought up, but I haven't found a good answer as to where the glitter gfx is for Jigglypuff's fairy costume is. If anyone could give me some advice on how to remove the glitter gfx or even where to find the gfx with BrawlBox, I'd very much appreciate it.
