If MK banned --> Unity Ruleset. Maybe add Norfair, Japes, Pirate Ship, and another stage ban. :D
If MK legal --> Apex ruleset. Maybe add PS2.

I think typically now if a tourney is MK-legal, double MK is banned in teams due to it being just way too broken
