Rock smash reflectable?

I was using Charizard's side b and Ness hit me with the homerun bat while I was doing it. I received about 40 damage though. So does the rock smash count as a reflectable projectile?

Yeah, but thats a bit more understandable. I mean, there is a point of origin that is attached to the character, here the water would go under the platform.
