You don't have to be 25 to rent a car. That's just to get it at a cheaper price for the car. I think its 21 to actually rent it.

I rent from Enterprise and they have been good to me as of late.

Anyways if anyone is 21 and has a card with money in it, then call around. I'd like to see if anyone can pull this off and do it.
