The United States, Japan, Western and Central Europe, Canada, Brazil, Australia, and Mexico all have strong smash scenes and great players. While I don't doubt or rule out the possibility that there may be other good smashers from other places, I've never seen results or videos for tournaments outside of these regions.

it was a pretty good tournament, I only got defeated by Bone and Rickety in some TIGHT battles..

I'd like to give a special thanks to Rickety + Nicky for running another successful tournament and Oria + MogX for making an appearance, you both are very talented I'm glad you guys showed up, it was very nice meeting you both! Let us know when theres a large tournament in Mexico! We really would like to play more of you guys. XD I'm very impressed.

Of course I didn't place too high in the rankings, but I wasn't expecting much (though I don't think I did too bad, considering my past tournament experiences!). But on the other hand, I was expecting to have a great time, and that's exactly what happened. Thanks to everyone for showing up and making it one hell of a fun afternoon/evening. I certainly look forward to any subsequent tournaments held at the same location, and from the looks of it, that'll be happening again soon! Nice meeting everyone (and seeing some familiar faces!), as well.
