San Japan 4TW: August 5th-7th, San Antonio TX

So here's the scoop:

San Japan 2011 will be at the same place as last year, the Mariott River Center. The layout will be a little different, but it's the same shape room as last year. Be sure to download the mobile app for all important con details.

And of course, please bring TVs, Wii's, Brawl (and melee too plz

) as well as controllers (and extra ones too would be apprectiated since con noobs don't often bring any) but be sure to mark them so they won't get lost.

Here's the schedule:

Games of all kinds will be available to play on consoles. We will also have all kinds of arcade cabs on free play. Below are the games that will be at San Japan. There will be a separate room in the convention for music games (DJ Hero, Dance Central, Rock Band).
Specific games include:
Left 4 Dead 2 LAN
Mortal Kombat 360
Marvel Vs Capcom 3
Scott Pilgrim Vs The World

Tournament Schedule For Friday (8/5) – (Subject to Change):

5 pm: Marvel vs Capcom 3 (360) (Pot)
6 pm: Mortal Kombat (PS3/360) (Pot)
7 pm: Super Bomberman 2 on SNES (FREE!)
4pm-6pm Mario Kart Challenge: Beat Mr. 12345 in a Mario Kart circuit (FREE!)

Saturday (8/6):
5 pm: Super Smash Bros Brawl 1v1 (Pot)
6 pm: Mystery Game Tournament (Free)
7 pm: Super Street Fighter IV (360) (Pot)
12am-3am Left 4 Dead Team Challenge (FREE!) (Details TBA)

Sunday (8/7):
Wii Sports Challenge: Defeat Kyle at Wii Boxing (FREE!)

All tournaments marked FREE! will have TBA prizes and single elimination

Pot tournaments are $5 and double elimination.

Weekend Badge: $45
Friday/Saturday only badge: $30

Accompanying parents (lol): $30 for weekend and $15 for Friday or Saturday only
