there really are several imperfections throughout the video that wouldnt be there in a tas unless it was an extra elaborate hoax, such as the missed overkill shines on sheik that happened several times

or if you hit them with your tip toes and run away asap. you can even bait a CC grab if you space it well enough. i HATE getting CC grabbed after a knee at low %. so disappointing

we play pal version but practise ntsc ocassionally
Ive already practised ntsc properly before for Canada =)
the only differences in pal are autogentleman and non sweetspot knee makes them go a little bit lower (so it leads to u air easier but not knee like ntsc)

No that's not correct, a fresh knee still does 18%

The PAL version sounds amazing. Auto gentlemens and every other character is weaker? ****, Falcons would actually win tournies over there.
