Oh, and Perfect Cell. Had an easy 3 part combo that could go into whatever move he wanted.

And Frieza. I had this one set up where this 8 hit combo did 33+% damage or something like that.

Ultimate Battle 22 is so goddamn awful.
Also, Budokai 2 was stupid.

Goku and all of the characters that shared his animations for his attacks could knock off about 1.5 bars of health from a single hit confirm, and there wasn't a damn thing you could do to stop it.

That song was god, Storm.
I was a part of a community that ran online tournaments for Budokai 1-3 via AI vs. AI and our personalized capsule choices. Granted, it boiled down to how good your AI was (Goku's AI was stupid good), the capsules caused some major upsets that were crazy (Nappa can get so goddamn strong with smart capsule usage).

Budokai 3 only made it better with that Dragon Arena.

...then Tenkaichi came along and ruined everything.

I've been playing Generations and LoL all day. I 100%'d GHZ, but got lazy and I'm moving along the story. Just finished Speed Highway Classic. So goddamn good.

Everything's so goddamn good.

Half the reason I keep playing the new Budokais is for the what-if stories. I loved the AU stories for Raditz and Zarbon in BT2, and Devilman's what-if battle and the Saiyans' what-if battle during Vegeta's destruction in BT3 were pure awesome.


The games need more of that gauntlet mode from BT3. More 1 vs. 50 dammit.
