If you have ever played a Fighter other then Smash games, you'll probably notice that two very different styles are present.
On one hand, Smash and the Others are very simple in killing methods;knock your opponent off the boundaries, or deplete said's health bar, respectively. Performing special moves is the biggest difference; in Smash, just press the assigned button for Specials and then add DI if that's what was planned. In other fighting games, however, specials are done in a plethora of ways, from movements to button mashing.
Now that it's explained for others, I'll get down to my own question: If our "Pros" were put into another league of Fighting games, could they still do well? Sure, they might be similar sometimes...
