Honestly, I knew melee Mario would win without doing stats. In brawl, if you've ever watched computers fight each other, you would know why I picked melee Mario. They jump around, attack to air, and every 10 seconds do an attack to the other computer. In melee, the difference between a level 1 and a level 9 is that level 9's attack/roll/shield more frequently. In brawl, the difference is that level 9s have inhuman reflexes and can perfect shield any attack, maintain a grab for ages, and spot dodge perfectly.

I think level 1 Brawl computers fight back a bit more. Level 1 Melee computers mostly just stand there....

I was rereading the rules and I was wonder how is this going to work?

Normally if you bet 100 pts you would get 200 pts back if you win, but with this rule if you bet 100 pts and win you would only win back the 100 pts you bet.

Is it supposed to be that way? Are you only supposed to get pts from guess the # of KOs?

If you bet 100 and it's a 2x multiplier, you get 150 points instead of 200.

EDIT: Nitpicking, but there is no "Very Low" items setting on Brawl.

If it was Score, Brawl would have won. Brawl bowser got 1 KO, Melee Bowser got 2 and Melee Mario suicided once.

Frankly, there about a 66% chance of not losing all my money, so there's no reason not to. Plus Kirby's AI is insane!

Based on my stats, Kirby gets the hammer most often, while Ice Climbers won all matches with items turned off.
Turned on, it was Dedede, Kirby, Kirby.
So, 2/3 matches won, plus items turned on, it looks good for Kirby.

The computers also do not go for broken hammer heads.
