I just got the keys today and i've been packing and stuff.. man im hella excited... i might need a roomate since the one now might be bailing.

we got ****ed with insurance and taxes(we chose to pay monthly installments throughout the year instead of the huge lump sum in feburary) our payments went from 700 a month to just under 1400.
