EDIT: And Regigigas is a Poke Ball too. I was hoping for Boss. Either him or Darkrai/Mewtwo.

That is lame. I guess it'll be the same case for the translated versions. But I think that's silly. They let Roy and Marth show up in the translated version when no one in the general public had a clue what Fire Emblem was outside of Japan.

I would've thought it'd be cool if Shaymin and Darkrai were in the game, kind of like...a debut of sorts to get the "hype" going for those who don't know about them.

You're right, the Dojo!! does say it plays on the Pokémon Stadium 2 stage. "This is the song for Pokémon Stadium."

However, nothing on the Dojo!! states or even implies that Pokémon Stadium/Evolution only plays on the Pokémon Staium 2 stage.

So, wait, it plays on both stages? Kinda cool I guess. Still kinda mad that Sonic got more music than a lot of other Nintendo franchises including Pokemon. I really wanted to see the Kanto Pokemon Trainer theme. Oh well. Am I the only one who thinks the background Pokemon on Spear Pillar look like they're cartoony? Another thing that disappoints me is that it's night time on Spear Pillar, and the cave underneath. Still looks fun though.

Yeah, I know. I recall the Spear Pillar being in a snowing climate, but you can't always look at things as logical as possible. I mean, Olimar is definitely not as big as they made him. Some things just have to change so that they work with the rest of the game. But I understand where you're coming from. I feel that they could've put in some more music from, uh, I don't know, "BATTLES?" The Route 209 music definitely doesn't fit, and neither does Route 1 / Viridian City, and neither does the Pokemon Center music. I would've liked the music at the Casino in Diamond and Pearl, it's so catchy amd upbeat!

The Pokedex says that Cresselia is 4'11". And Arceus does NOT appear in this stage or anywhere else for that matter unless you are a hacker or Japanese.

I agree with you except that Spear Pillar is in a snowing climate until you reach it's highest point, where you battle Team Galactic's Boss and Palkia/Dialga.

I was surprised but glad Cresselia appears. She's one of my favorite pokemon of the new generation. If she's hear, it probably does mean she might be the guardian of the Lake Trio.

What I am surprised about is that they totally skipped the 3 Regi's + their leader Regigigas (in terms of pokeballs because they haven't been spoken of or seen in any youtube videos).

I do hope Giratina appears but its moves are mainly physical so that's really not looking good. Also, due to the confirmation of Giratina's new "Origin" form, I don't think Nintendo would want to spoil talking about it further more, but they did let Deoxys in this game so yep. In the air for right now. Darkrai would be cool too, but its a physical sweeper and all it would do would probably be Dark Hall so I don't see here as a stage gimmick but more of a pokeball character too.

I would love to see Heatran here do Magma Storm, but it would make the Spear Pillar seem a lot like Norfair and I just don't like that stage or its previous incarnations. Heatran is pretty much useless since it doesn't seem to have much of a purpose beside being an overlooked legendary as of now. But it would be cool.

Arceus is cool too, definitely worth seeing, but I don't think Nintendo would spoil its "God" of all pokemon. I can imagine it being unlocked via Action Replay but as of being a normal sight, yep, don't see that happening. If anyone finds footage of it, please post it here right away.

Due to all of its gimmicks, that are good actually, except Cresselia kind of being annoying in heated brawls, the stage looks cool to play on and the gimmicks give a warning before they happen too. Really nice. Also, I like that there is a bottom level to play on and it sounds fun to play at. But if people consider that cheating, all they have to do is destroy the ceiling above it, or the main platform, and we have a prefectly usable and seemingly legal stage. Hip hip hooray. I can't wait to play on this stage all the time!! :D

I know. I was just trying to prove a point. But then again the stage is dark, whereas the actual Spear Pillar is actually bright.

Maybe Arceus will appear there anytime in the future? I know, DLC won't be in Brawl, but if they had included it in the game but turned it off because Arceus isn't available yet, the only thing you'd need are four KB of an update that tell you to turn that feature on

Sonicboom actually exists though, so we can say for certain which Pokémon can and can't learn it.

Arceus has since been deleted from the Smash Wiki, since there was no source. I doubt it'd be on the stage anyway. Darkrai too. I mean, it was revealed back in July, and here today, but the stages were probably developed before both. T_T

The proof that Darkrai isn't in the game is that its trophy isn't grouped with the other Pokémon that appear on Spear Pillar.

The proof that Arceus isn't in the game is that it has no trophy at all.

Let that end any more absurd tales of these Pokémon showing up anywhere.
