Submit button?

I submitted a stage and now the submit button won't appear again... Does that mean they're gonna use my stage?

More than likely they don't want you to submit the same stage twice. Check another stage and see if the button appears for that one.

yeah it doesn't appear on any stage, snapshot, or replay

The submit buttons appears only after you've connected online once for that session.
If you turned off the wii, go online again, and try submitting again.
