subspace glitch?

i have beaten tabuu in subspace and then the end credits pop up, which should mean im finished w/ the story right? but when i check it says im only 79% done the subspace... i need help

You need to go through the game and collect every single pickup / item-box.

Just because you beat the story doesn't mean that you beat the game 100%... Go back and look for trophies or items that you might have missed the first time... I never bothered beating it 100% though. It isn't worth it to me.

dont forget to go through the new doors in the forest, ruins, and swamp

can you still unlock toon link, jigglypuff, and wolf through the sse if you haven't done it 100%?
